Why Social Connection Is One of the Best Things About Our Senior Fitness Classes in Edinburgh Last week, our senior fitness class swapped trainers for theatre shoes as we headed into Edinburgh to watch Everybody's Talking About Jamie. The reason for the trip made it even more special. One of our lovely members' grandson was performing in the show, and we all wanted to be there to support him. He was absolutely fabulous. As I looked around the theatre, I realised this is what our classes are really about. Yes, we exercise together every week. We work on strength, balance, mobility and cardiovascular fitness.
