A little bit about me…

A bit about me & Jump Edinburgh

My name is Kim and I am a fitness instructor who specialises in community health & wellbeing.

I am passionate about making exercise accessible by breaking down barriers & providing friendly and welcoming classes.  Although some of my sessions are indoors, I am keen to encourage people outside to reap the benefits of being in greenspaces & nature.  As a mobile PT in Morningside and Oxgangs I can bring equipment to the local park or even come to your home.

I work with third sector organisations, day care centres, youth groups and Edinburgh Council to provide fun and inclusive health & wellbeing activities to people of all ages. I am a very keen collaborator and so proud to work with organisations that are making a huge difference in Edinburgh & beyond.

    Took part in Kim’s 4 Hills Experience on Saturday and and absolutely loved it. Kim really does go out her way to make people feel welcome and included. Her enthusiasm is infectious! I had such a fun day challenging myself and meeting some lovely people at the same time. My legs are feeling it today! Will definitely be signing up for another one!
