Welcome to Jump Edinburgh. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including participation in our fitness classes (both online and in person), and use of this website.
By using this website and/or booking or attending a class, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided
We offer:
Live online fitness classes via Zoom
In-person fitness sessions at community centres and outdoor locations
Specialised fitness services for seniors and people with additional needs
Event-based classes (e.g. hen parties, workshops)
3. Booking & Payment
All classes must be booked in advance via Gymcatch.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Drop-in sessions, bundles, or course bookings may be offered – see individual class listings for specific terms.
No refunds are given for missed drop-in or course sessions.
No credit will be issued for bundle sessions unless cancellation occurs with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If we cancel a class, you will be offered a full refund or class credit.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
If you are using bundles, you may cancel your class booking up to 24 hours in advance to receive class credit.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Health & Safety Disclaimer
By participating in our classes, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to take part in physical activity.
If you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or have a medical condition, please consult your GP before attending.
Participation is entirely at your own risk.
We are not responsible for injuries sustained during our classes.
For online classes, ensure your space is clear, safe, and that you use appropriate equipment correctly.
6. Online Classes
Zoom links will be emailed to you upon booking confirmation.
You may choose to have your camera on or off during the session.
Please join on time – classes start promptly.
Keep your microphone muted unless speaking to the instructor.
7. Code of Conduct
We promote an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment in all our classes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
8. Intellectual Property
All class materials, photographs, videos, documents, and branding are the intellectual property of Jump Edinburgh. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
9. Privacy & Data

10. Changes to These Terms
